COURSE INTRODUCTION

• Veterinary Toxicology is taught during the eighth semester of B.V.Sc. & A.H. Curriculum.
• This course offers an insight to the reader on various topics in Veterinary Toxicology.
• Though the veterinary practitioner may not have frequent chances to handle poisoning cases, it is always an emergency when such cases are presented to the practitioner.
• A thorough knowledge of Veterinary Toxicology will be very useful for handling such cases.
• This course attempts to facilitate the future practitioners to tackle such cases.
