EXERCISE-2: PHYSICAL ANALYSIS OF WATER

• Physical analysis of water is employed to assess the physical properties.
• Any change in normal physical properties such as pH, colour taste etc may by itself cause hazard to human health or may give an indication of chemical or microbial hazards in water.
• The following are some important physical properties that are usually analysed in drinking water.
