Carcinoma Squamous cell carcinoma

Pleomorphic cells with prominent nucleoli
with incresed nucleus chromation ratio

Pleomorphic squamous epithelial cells
with predominant nucleoli and tadpole cells

TVT Lymphoma

Discrete round cells with course chromatin
and fine cytoplasmic vacuolation

Pleomorphic lymphoblastic cells
with basophilic cytoplasm

Lipoma Mast cell tumor

Pleomorphic lymphoblastic cells
with basophilic cytoplasm

Prominent granules in cytoplasm
and also in nuclei

Inflammatory cells

Presence of neutrophils & mucin
