Internet

A network of networks is known as Internet. Internet is a group of two or more networks they are interconnected. Internet is the largest collection of www which are interlinked together. Presently several lakhs of computers are interconnected with each other to share and exchange information. People use internet to find general information about a subject and also to access information which is not easily available elsewhere.

Internet is defined as ‘’a global pool of information and services, accessible by means of locally executed interface software’’.
