6.1.8 Catfish Budget

Generates enterprise budgets for new and existing 5 and 20 acre catfish ponds. Reports income, variable costs, fixed costs, break-even sales cost, and risk rated net returns. Budgets may be customized to fit individual farms, but fixed values include harvest size (1 lb), mortality rate (6%), and stocking rate (3500 fish/acre).
