15.4.Procedure for monitoring and enforcement
The Ministry of Environment & Forests and Government of State or Union Territory and such other authorities at the State or Union Territory levels, as may be designated for this purpose, shall be responsible for monitoring and enforcement of the provisions of this notification within their respective jurisdictions.
