    Introduction
    Neem is one of the most valuable and least exploited of tropical trees. It is commonly know as neem tree. Each and every part of the tree like its roots, trunk, bark, leaves, flowers, fruits, seeds, sap, gum etc are known to be highly useful and have a place in the traditional folklore and medicines.
    Fungal diseases
    1) Powdery mildew: Oidium azadiractae ( Erysiphae)
    2) Root rot: Ganoderma lucidum
    3) Leaf web blight: Rhizoctonia solani
    4) Leaf spot: Pseudocercospora subsessilis
    Bacterial diseases
    1) Bacterial wilt: Pseudomonas azadiractae
    2) Angular leaf spot: Xanthomonas azadiractae
