CAULIFLOWER Objective: Cauliflower is one of the most important winter vegetables grown in India. The edible part i.e. white tender curd is available throughout the year because of different maturity groups present in Cauliflower. It is a delicate crop and needs more care to grow successfully than other cole crops. The present chapter will make the students familiar with its importance, growing technology, seed production practices and physiological disorders of cauliflower. |
