There are two major factors that play significant role in developing entrepreneurship.

Human factor includes the values, attitudes, desire motivation. Individual ability to perceive the environmental changes and sensing opportunities. Ability to mobilizing resources to actualize the planned project. Ability to solve problems and manage enterprise efficiently.

Environmental factor includes social, technological, economical, and political factors.
