Food handlers should be emphasized the importance of hand washing, trimming finger nails regularly, keeping their clothes and hair clean, etc.
Also while preparing food; they should avoid coughing, sneezing, licking fingers, cleaning nose or smoking in the cooking areas. They must use clean kitchen napkins.
