Hygiene Of The Eating Places

  • Along with these, eating place should be clean, well ventilated, well lighted.
  • It should be supplied with adequate, continuous and safe water.
  • The raw and cooked food should be clearly kept separately.
  • The eating place, should be free from rats, cockroaches, flies and other vermin.
  • Raw food should be kept in air-tight and low moisture containers.
