The term corporate public relations holds all relationships that affect the corporation as a whole in reaching both the internal and external publics. Corporation communication is sometimes used as a substitute for corporate public relations. But there is a difference between the two. Corporate public relation deals with communication between an organisation and its public i.e both external and internal. Where as corporate communication is any communication that emanates from a company or occurring within it.

Dealers and suppliers relations- communication between management and marketers
Community relations- communication between management and the neighbor hood

Relations in crisis situations- transparency in communication at the time of calamity or untoward situation.
