PRACTICAL 14: PHYSIOLOGICAL /NUTRITIONAL DISORDERS

AIM:
Vegetable crops are mostly annual in nature. They are very delicate and have to pass through so many adverse climatic conditions in a very short period of time. Besides diseases, pests, nematodes and weeds, vegetable crops are affected by physiological disorders which may be physiological or nutritional. The present chapter on pea, lettuce, onion and potato will make the students familiar regarding identification of physiological disorders/non parasitic diseases so that remedial measures could be followed to control them.
