Damage

• The nymphs cover the branches with its frothy secretion causing yellowing and drying of terminal shoots.
Management

• Spray methyl parathion 50 EC 2 ml/1ml / litre.
• Dust methyl parathion 2 % or quinalphos 1.5 % at 5 kg per medium sized tree.
