EAR TAGGING

• Ear tag is a piece of numbered metal or plastic or polyurethane material which is fixed by means of a hole in the ear.
• Metal ear tags are generally preferred by the banks and insurance company for their rigidity and durability.
• Always fix the tag on the upper portion of ear (preferably left ear) with the number facing outside.
• Advantage: It can be applied quickly and easily and also not difficult to read.
• Disadvantage: It can be lost frequently and sometimes it may damage the ear.
