• Biuret Reagent
• Bromo Cresol Green Dye-Buffered Reagent (BCG Reagent)
• Protein Standard

Procedure: (Agappe Diagnostics Kit)

Total proteins

• Mark three test tubes as Blank, Standard & Test and proceed as follows.

1.	Protein  Standard	-	60 μl	-
2.	Serum	-	-	60 μl
3.	Biuret Reagent	3.0 ml	3.0 ml	3.0 ml

• Mix well and allow the tubes to stand at R.T for 5 min.
• Measure the O.D of all tubes at 550 nm or using an yellow green filter.

Albumin

• Mark three test tubes as Blank, Standard and Test and proceed as follows.

• Mix well and allow the tubes to stand at RT for 1 min.
• Measure the O.D of all the tubes at 600 nm or using a red filter.
