Note the granulomatous lesion with central colony of gram negative organisms arranged as ‘’Indian club’’ surrounded by neutrophils, macrophages, epithelioid cells and giant cells. Around this layer may be found lymphocytes, plasma cells and eosinophils and beyond a non-specific vascular fibrous tissue.
