Note the increased connective tissue surrounding individual lobules with intact lobular structure. Note the presence of newly formed bile ducts and lymphatic infiltration. Note the presence of flukes in ducts and also the cellular infiltration comprising plasma cells, lymphocytes and macrophages

Hepatic coccidiosis- Proliferated bile ducts with their epitheilum thrown into papilliform projection and numerous oocysts of coccidia in the lumen

Note the presence of the cysts containing sickle shaped spores called Rainey’s corpuscles in cardiac muscle

Look for the presence of Koch’s blue bodies in cytoplasm
