Administration of antimicrobials into the peritoneal cavity.

Fluid and electrolyte

NSAID flunixin meglumine- 0.25 to 1.1 mg /kg BW every 8-12 hrs

Lavage: peritoneal lavage with large volumes of fluid containing antimicrobials
