J.P. Guilford's Model of the Intellect derived from his work in the field of education. This model describes several types of thinking functions. Certain combinations of those functions represent creativity. The model is composed of five kinds of operations and four kinds of material content that, when combined, result in six classes of products. Figure illustrates the three parameters of this model as a cube.
