Neurological integrity

The indicators of neurological integrity include
  • Reflexes
  • Postural responses
  • Skill achievement on a developmental schedule
  • Behavioural organization congruent with gestational age. Neuro behavioural status is only one indicator of brain injury and this information should be combined with information about Neuro structural change /or brain scanning, Neuro functional impairment / or ECG.
