Planning staff training

The entrepreneur should plan and select suitable topics for staff training to enable the staff to discharge their duties effectively. She /he should find the availability of new information by referring research projects related to child development which gives latest information about child development, curriculum and family influence. Attending conferences also enable the entrepreneur to gain new insights in to early childhood programmes.
