This is also called as yearly planning. This planning is with regard to the learning experiences of the children, equipment, teaching and learning material or play material, budget for basic infrastructure and others.
Learning experiences for children: In planning the learning experiences for children, the teacher should formulate broader goals and then develop the stages of reaching the broader goals. This planning also includes the educational trips to be organized and other activities such as celebration of festivals, nature walk etc is noted down for the whole year.
Equipment: With regard to the equipment and other play material, new items should be ordered, old items are to be replaced or repaired.
Budget: The teacher has to plan the budget to accommodate the purchase of play and other equipment.
Others: Annual plan also includes the date of reopening of school, date of admission, criteria of admission, fees structure, expansion of programme of any additional facilities required etc.
