Food buying

Careful menu planning reduces cost and waste and provides a clear-cut basis for setting up shopping lists for daily, weekly and monthly food buying. Generally the non-profit child care programmes meant for disadvantaged children provide nutritious snacks or meals meeting the one third of daily requirements of children to those whose families are uncle to provide required food. Proprietary programmes which charge the larger amount as fees will provide nutritious food in a form of breakfast, lunch and snacks.
