Introduction:

During this period provide a wide range of experiences to the child. Play material need not be purchased all the time. Many household articles that are safe for the child to use can substitute as play material. Monitoring and supervising the child’s activity is very important since the child is very active and gets into everything. The child asks many questions and mother must patiently respond to him.

Aim: To observe the cognitive development of infants in the age range of 13 -18 months.

Objectives:

  1. To understand the cognitive development of infants (13 -18 months).
  2. To develop the skill to observe the cognitive development of infants in the age range of 12 -18 months.
