Next to the wall, the maximum area available for furnishing is floor. A floor covering makes a room comfortable and give it a finishing appearance. Specially in winters it is always advisable to have a carpet, big rug or bed side rug in rooms except in the kitchen. The problem which house wives faced while selection of carpet is the required appropriate size. The floor covering should be such that it is easy to maintain.
