Perspective drawings are those in which a face of the object may or may not be parallel to the picture plane and projections from the object converge to the view point (Figure – 4)
These projections are oblique to the picture plane but not parallel to each other as in oblique views.
Edge lines along the vertical axis may be parallel to each other
Perspective drawings are most realistic of all the drawing conventions are all three dimensions can be seen in one view.
They are most complex to create.
Oblique, Axonometric and Perspective drawings are primarily used to illustrate a project design and are generally termed as Pictorial views.
