Since the process approach is now central to ISO’s methodology, all the processes that make up a complete ISO 9001 2000 Quality Management System are identified and given below:

A Process Development Plan for each one of the above processes was developed. By simply following each of these 22 Plans, the organization will end up with a complete quality management system, one that meets all of the ISO 9001 2000 requirements, and is process oriented as well .
