Need based Software Development
Making delay in decision can cost any thing. Through better & effective programming one can have quick & appropriate decisions. NITRA has developed much new based software for different textile industry which are working well & have been proved fruitful.

Electronic Data Processing
In this fast moving world, if an organizations is to run successfully, the decisions taken in the organization should be quick and timely. For making the decision making process fast and accurate, many times a huge amount of data and many times a small amount of data has to be processed. The speed and accuracy of this processing of data should be high. In a broad view, we can say that the faster the processing of raw data, faster is the process of decision making moreover faster is the progress of the organization. Seeing the importance NITRA has developed comprehensive consultancy package, which includes introduction to computer and its I/O devices, operating system, word processing, electronic spread sheets & database, Microsoft windows and its applications etc.

Techno-Economic Viability Study/Performance Audit of Textile Mills
Due to liberalization and globalization lot of competition has emerged, forcing textile industries to produce products meeting global standards and offering at minimum cost. Ultimately they have to face the international products/brands. That is why merger, modernization & renovation, expansion and restructuring etc. can make the industry to survive and grow. For taking decisions in right direction, it is essential to assess the techno-economic viability/performance of the industry. NITRA having rich & practical experience in this field shall provide full fledge consultancy on such important areas.

QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM ISO 9000: 2000 NEW VERSION
The objective of revision of ISO 9000: 1994 was to develop a simplified set of standards which are equally applicable to small, medium and large organizations and to make documentation requirements less prescriptive. Now the focus of new version is "PROCESS APPROACH" as compared to "PROCEDURE APPROACH" as in the old ISO 9000: 1994 version.
Looking to the significant changes in new version, NITRA has developed full fledged consultancy package which includes right from conducting awareness programmes for Sr. Manager/Top Managers, to help in documentation and implementation as per new version and internal auditing

Total Quality Culture (TQC)
Today’s customer requires total care. This can be made possible only when every person in every department has to be involved to eliminate errors and prevent waste with the objective of creating a "quality culture: for doing things "right first time and every time". "Total Quality Culture" does not emphasis only on customer satisfaction, it equally recognizes individual employee of an organization. Implementation of TQC philosophy leads to creation of an organization culture and climate where employees are freely allowed to innovate and use their capabilities.

NITRA has developed a very comprehensive package dealing with various aspects of implementation of TQC consisting of creating a quality culture, tools and techniques for continuous improvement, control of costs of quality etc.

Costs of Quality
Lot of amount is spent on ensuring and assuring satisfactory quality and very often losses are met due to poor quality & all this is not even recognized by top management in the manner other costs are dealt. Sum of amount spent to prevent failure, inspection, testing & examination and losses incurred due to product failure are responsible for almost 30%-40% of the total sales turnover. Most of the organizations mills are taking these costs as a lab our costs/manufacturing costs/or wherever they like it to be. These costs can be controlled and managed once they are identified and analyzed. "Maximum Quality with Minimum Price" must be motto for survival and growth of business.

NITRA has come out with a comprehensive consultancy package which, if implemented religiously, would bring your money back with in a short span of time apart from tremendous improvement.

Total Productive Maintenance
TPM is a productive maintenance carried out by all employees through small group activity to build up a corporate culture that will maximise the effectiveness of the production system. The implementation of TPM can generate considerable cost saving, preventive culture through increased productivity and participation. It also helps in identification and controlling of losses with an aim to improve to overall equipment/process efficiency. Emphasizing the crucial needs NITRA has developed a very comprehensive package for dealing into the various aspects of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) in order to help textile industry to meet out competitive global scenario.

World Class Manufacturing (WCM)
During the past few years there have been significant and dramatic changes in the world arena due to globalization, liberalization and opening of the market and no doubt demand of global market is quality products with shorter delivery times. Now time has come when industry has to excel in productivity and quality.
Looking to the present requirement NITRA has developed a full fledge consultancy package on "WORLD CLASS MANUFACTURING". Apart from dealing various topics, we shall also incorporate the subjects required by the organization as an input in the consultancy so that it may fully benefit to concerned organization.
