Lesson 33:Constraints in Rural Development

Introduction

A constraint is something that comes in the way of any function, activity, policy, strategy and limits the progress or development or growth. In the context of rural development, the constraint is the one that is obstructing the process of development i.e., right from planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation.
