(b) Digestive enzyme based fish feeds

Materials and methods

• The experiment may be conducted in triplicate in1m3 cement tanks or aquarium tanks of convenient size.
• The duration of the experiment may be for 60 days
• The feed may be administered at the rate of 5% to 10% of the body weight of fishes
• Water quality may be monitored regularly every 15 days for dissolved oxygen, free carbon dioxide, pH, total alkalinity, ammonia-nitrogen and air and water temperatures.
• Fish growth details may be recorded and presented as SGR and FCR the survival may be expressed in percentage.
