Points to be Considered in Preparing the Personal Letters

1. Every letter has to be answered promptly because the person writing the letter has more interest in the matter and will like to receive information immediately.
2. The writing should be complete, concise, clear and correct with courtesy nature.
3. The writing should be neat, free from over-writing, striking, spelling and grammatical mistakes.
4. There should be easy readability.
