Introduction

Oyster seed production although a standardized technology, is not widey practised in India for may reasons. However, scope still exists for the adoption of the technology in many parts of the coastal states in the country. Among the oysters, seed production technology is available for Crossastrea madrasensis and Pinctada fucata. |
