Note

• Duct of the vesicle cut several times.
• The duct has a fibromuscular wall.
• Mucous membrane is thrown into large primary folds from which arise secondary and tertiary folds, anastomosing with each other to form several diverticula.

Under high power

Note

• Mucous membrane is lined by columnar cells among which are some round Basal cells.
