ENVIRONMENT

  • The measures required to keep the environment conducive to milkĀ­ing consist of
    • Absolutely clean milking place.
    • Floor free from straw, litters or dung.
    • Non-accumulation of dung-heaps and rubbish filth or any polĀ­lutant near milking place to avoid spoilage of preservation qualities and flavour due to absorption of taints and odour.
