  • Degenerative changes in seminiferous tubules of mammals have been noticed in aging.
  • Focal degeneration and calcification of tubules has been noticed.
  • A decline in germinal tissue, an arrest of the later stages of spermatogenesis and increase in connective tissue are associated with aging.
