INDICATIONS FOR FETOTOMY

  • Irreducible fetal presentation
  • Feto pelvic disproportion due to relative fetal oversize
  • Narrow pelvic cavity due to pelvic fractures
  • Emphysematous fetus
  • Fetal monsters
  • Important Note -Fetotomy should not be performed on live fetus
