MATERIALS

• Solid phase matrix - Nitrocellulose membrane (NCM)
• Anti-immunoglobulins conjugated with Horse Radish Peroxidase enzyme
• Diamino benzidine (DAB) -Prepared by mixing 10 mg of DAB with 50 ml of Tris buffer and adding 20 µl of 30% hydrogen peroxide.
• Phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.2 (PBS)
• Micropipettes
• Sample for antigen detection
• Vacuum oven
• Dried milk powder
• Phosphate buffered saline with Tween (0.1%) (PBST)
• Serum ( Positive and negative control)
