Control Of Quality

Fusible interlinings are precision products and it is essential that they are fused on the correct equipment under strict control. Factors affecting fusing quality are:

Temperature
Time
Pressure
Peel strength
Dry-clean / wash

The temperature is checked by a simple & practical method using thermal test papers, available in range of 2 degree, which react to temperature by changing colour.
Time varies with type of equipment used and speed altered in case of conveyor belt machines.
Peel strength test checks the strength of bond between top cloth and the interlining
It is recommended that production garments should be subjected to appropriate cleaning methods on a regular basis
