Three line stitching method

Three line stitching method

In this method, three triangular pieces (a,b,c) are cut off a monofilament nylon cloth of 1m2. Two small pieces (b and c) are then sewn  together to make a triangular piece similar to that of ‘a’. The broad end of each of triangular piece has to be sewn on a coarse khaki cloth of about 15 cm wide which is provided with a hole and button system so as to get connected with a non-rusting metal ring before operation has already stated. Now these two completed triangular pieces are placed one above the other  and the two sides are tied. The junction of triangular pieces (b and c pieces) is strengthened by sewing then with a thick ribbon cloth. It is always better to use finest needle and silk thread for stitching. Further, the inner side of net should be kept smooth, so that no plankton sticks to the inner surface of the net.
