Lesson 15:Specialised Gardens

Introduction

Specialized gardens are the type of gardens which are laid on some areas of a garden with one particular group of plants or any other as an attractive feature in a garden. These gardens are of different types with specific features and characteristics. Each type has its own distinctive features. Specialized gardens can become a part of parks, botanical gardens, recreational gardens, institutional gardens, public gardens, private and residential gardens. Specialized gardens add attraction and create invectiveness. Some of the specialized gardens are discussed in this chapter.
