1. Mealy bug - Dysmicoccus sp. (Pseudococcidae: Hemiptera)

    • Mealy bug infests healthy roots and underground vines.
    • Affected plant shows yellowing and stunted growth.
    • Severity is more during summer months.
    • Follow soil drenching of the root zone with dimethoate 30 EC at 3 ml/1lit or chloropyriphos 4ml /lit.
