GRAVITY TYPE

• It consists of a over head connected to by pipe to a level regulating water tank Provided with a float valve at the end of the water supply pipe. Another pipeline is taken from this regulating tank and taken into animal house and connected to a number of drinking troughs inside These troughs are flied by water from overhead tanks and the water level without overflowing is maintained by the float valve regulating tank. Besides this constant water Supply, measures should be adapted to prevent undue contamination of water inside the house. Direct entrance grills of animals into watering devices can be prevented by suitable hurdles and grills around the devices. Pollution from wind and dust should be prevented providing suitable cover lids to watering devices. The watering site should be kept hygienic by suitable platforms, drainage and disinfection of the site.
