Dietary Sources

Royal jelly is the richest natural source containing 30mg/100g. Rich natural food sources are dried yeast, liver, rice polishings and wheat germ. Whole cereals groundnut, legumes, milk, meat, eggs and leafy vegetables are good sources. Milled cereals, other vegetables and fruits are fair sources.
