Discharging the above services to needy persons is not possible by one single person due to lack of resources, technical know-how, and time. For this purpose, cooperation and active support of parents, teachers, social workers, physicians, psychiatrics, municipal authorities, welfare agencies working in the community is very much necessary to make this programme effective and successful.
