Steps of designing process

Design as process consists of number of steps, from general to specific applications, resulting in the end product. The six basic steps followed for designing a garment are as follows:

1. Goal setting
2. Examining the influences
3. Establishing criteria
4. Making the plan
5. Carrying out the plan
6. Evaluating the product
