Factors influencing drafting

1. The most important factor that influences the drafting is set of measurements taken for a particular garment. Measurements must be to develop satisfying patterns.
2. The creativity of the designer and the knowledge and experience of the designer also affect drafting process.
3. Proper markings on the pieces of drafting paper.
4. Proper understanding of the design is necessary to understanding the drafting requirements. The way in which designer understands the consumer requirement, also affect drafting.
