  • Review your style
  • Avoid jargon or slang
  • Check your grammar and punctuation
  • Check also for tone, attitude, nuances, and other subtleties, if you think the message will be misunderstood it probably will. Take time to clarify it

  • Listening to others is an elegant art.
  • Good listening effects courtesy good manners
  • Listening carefully to instructions of superiors improve communication
  • Good listening skill can improve social interactions.
  • Listening is active rather than passive.
