It should confirm skill productivity. The technology should be able to complete the job more skillfully and result in yield of higher quantity and quality, thereby increasing the income

Eg: Women entrepreneurs who are engaged in canteen or hotel enterprise switched over from manual grinders to power operated wet grinders due to its quality and quantity turn over.

Bearable: It should be able to be owned mentally and physically by the target audience for whom it is designed. So that, the rate of adoption will be high.

Eg: Most rural women express their fear to use Gas stoves due to its explosion nature, though they own it physically. Periodical reinforcement on precautions to be taken while using the gas stove may result in mental owning also.
