Fill water in the Fry’s respirometer. Initial sample is taken for the estination of dissolved oxygen and ammonia. After taking the weight of the fish, introduce the fish into the respirometer. The count of activity, dissolved oxygen and dissolved ammonia is estimated with the interval of 30 minutes. |
